E-sign, choose monthly payments or pay at the walkthrough, and pick an install date. You have 3 days to cancel.
We prepare it
Site plan, product specs and photos on your HOA's own form, within 24 hours. We follow up until it's decided.
Done by dinner
The crew removes the old yard, lays the base and turf, and leaves it clean. You approve the photos and sign off.

In exchange for a photo review, a yard sign for a few weeks, and permission to use your before-and-after photos. Ask for it when you sign.
Before you sign
Is it really one day?
For most backyards up to about 1,200 sq ft, yes. A crew removes the old grass, builds and compacts the base, lays and seams the turf, adds infill and cleans up the same day. Larger yards or tight access usually take two days.
What does it cost?
Family Play is $11.75/sq ft, Pet Pro $12.50/sq ft and Cool-Touch Premium $13.75/sq ft, installed. Small yards up to 640 sq ft are a flat $8,000. Price includes removal, base, install, sprinkler capping, haul-off and HOA paperwork.
Do I need HOA approval?
Most north Austin HOAs require architectural approval before turf goes in. We check your HOA by address before you sign, prepare the request within 24 hours, and book your install for the first open day after approval. If your HOA says no, you owe $0.
What happens to my sprinklers?
Heads under the new turf are capped by a TCEQ-licensed irrigator, and zones feeding beds and trees keep working. We can convert bed zones to drip for $450.
When do I pay?
Nothing is due until your yard is installed and you sign off. Pay by card or bank transfer at the walkthrough, or choose monthly payments through a third-party lender with approved credit. The price is the same either way.
